From the parts view in the manual, it looks like you’ll need to start by removing the handwheel from the end of the spindle by removing two screws locking it on. Then you’ll need to remove two snap rings from the spindle and the setscrew from the pulley. Then it looks like you should be able to push the spindle out the front. Then drive the bearings out from inside the headstock. I can’t tell for sure from the manual how/where the bearings seat but it should be pretty evident once you get that far.
