OK, you know the industry number. So any belt supplier should be able to source one.
I suspect you could get away with an L series but the V angle may be the most important.

Now, that is a Reeves drive. Are you sure the spring is working correctly? Even a pretty glazed belt should be under enough tension. Open the cover and see what the tension is like.

As Brad suggests, every belt series has different widths, depths and even V angle. Some are measured as the virtual drive length, some measured on outside circumference. And then Chinese belts not being correct on either as well as not being smooth and round. Unfortunately, Chinese OEMs tend to use odd size belts.
