Based on the specs of the 3V250 it is 25” long.

Yes – but it’s also a narrow V (“3V”) series belt, which has a greater depth to width ratio than a classical V belt, giving it better force distribution and load handling. A 3V belt is 0.38” wide and 0.32” deep. For comparison, a classic A belt is 0.5” wide and 0.31” deep, and a fractional horsepower 3L belt is 0.375” wide and only 0.22” deep. Just order it by belt number (3V250), not length, and you should be fine. They can be found all over the net easily.
