I did similar, but kept the assembly/out feed table separate. A 5×6 unit in a one car garage is going to be tough to work around even if you can move it. Two 3×5 units will give you more options as you can rotate and move them independently.

I used the sawstop mobile base and Rockler retractable casters for the assembly table. Both are rock solid when the wheels are retracted. I used levelers on the assembly table to ensure I could match the height of the saw. I found I would typically use them in the same location so I rarely had to readjust. Routed dados in the top for clearance of the miter bar.

I just don’t see the benefit of a monolithic set up if you want it to be mobile.
