1yr per inch of thickness for stickered, protected, air drying, is the rule of thumb.

Just what is this, a whole log, split log, slabbed log, bark on or off.

Was it protected during storage, was it stickered, was it in an attic?

When was it felled?

All of the above impact drying rate. Get a moisture meter and measure.
