Stanley is notorious for non-standard screws. I looked for a long time and found what you did, bib screw for a faucet handle at 10-28. (In my case, a No 78 depth stop). I would have liked to find a longer one with a thumbscrew head – yea, right. At least it worked.

Custom screws will cost you much more thank $5 apiece. There is a seller on eBay that sells single screws for Stanley tools at ridiculous prices.

I think the only chance you have is if you need a bunch, then it might be possible to find a die and cut your own.
