So, the issue with putting spacer blocks in each side is as follows… (I have done that… it works…) BUT
Due to the laws of physics, gravity, and the clearance in the hardware, the rails will twist slightly… since the box springs is sitting 2” in on each side… meaning the bottom of the rails will rotate a little outward… does that make sense?
The slats is a fix I guess… they did not believe it needed them.
Regarding the “F” word… I live in a world where I can laugh, and words don’t make we weep… I forget many cannot handle such harsh language… again, if such harsh language is offensive…. please block me… See, we live in a world where, on average, 3000 babies are killed each day in the US alone, murders, rape, ... Hell, (SORRY) was in an armed robbery at age 19. I started working on the trucking docks at age 14. By age 16 I was working 40 to 60 hours a week… so the “F” word is less than nothing to me.
But again… such harsh language can make people feel bad about themselves… I feel bad about having to try to make the decision, at age 8, whether I should kill my father to save my mothers life, as my sister and I thought he was going to beat her to death…... so. F word… HAHHAHAHAHAHAAH
