Dick, if you can make them a uniform 1/4, that would be great. If they’re 3 foot long pieces, I should be able to get two drawers from each, so 30-50 pieces would cover me for sure (including miscues). 25 might even do the job, since I’ll probably be doing the drawer fronts in something fancier. I’ve got some 4/4 elm that I might resaw down to 3/8 for drawer fronts…

I’m pretty sure I can use both 1-1/4 and 2” pieces. I think the 100 drawer pulls I bought on sale are 1” tall.
