I’m not the one that buried it. It came with the house when I bought it back in 1979 and the house was built in the late 50’s. Here in the Texas panhandle a storm shelter was a plus, now its a liability. I agree with the risk assessment you guy’s have made I think I would sleep better if it was gone. I don’t have what it would take to get rid of it so I guess I’ll start looking for a contractor to do it for me.
