from what I read is the batteries get drained so low from sitting for an extended period that the charger detects that it is below its cut off limit. It thinks it is broken and doesnt even try. What I did by jumping it is to get it back above that lower limit so that it may now be charged normally. So far so good all 3 are charging normally.
