Hey Chef,
Welcome to the forum, and the habit/hobby. It’s really tempting to hit a one stop shop but IMO I think you should take a pass on this equipment. Much of it sounds pretty dated, and it’s not mid to upper end quality of tools. Very often the best advice given here is to acquire tools as you need them, especially when your space is limited. I was surprised to see that 9” blades are pretty easily available, I’ve never noticed a 9” blade in a store before, but you can get them. Looking at 9” delta saw parts, lots are discontinued and that could be an issue. I think the best strategy would be to go and look at the entire lot of tools and build a pile that makes sense for what you’re expecting to use now and in the close future and see what you can get when they see a stack of bills. Lord knows you’ll always be able to use a stack of clamps and many other hand tools that would be a good buy at 50% to 60% below retail.
