that is a standard “Dead Blow” hammer.
it has replaceable faces in a variety of surfaces such as soft rubber
to hard nylon to even brass.
Harbor Freight carries the hammer itself – not sure about the replacement faces
this is mine from HF. (black is soft rubber – yellow is hard phenolic plastic).

when you find some bolts the same thread size, you can make your own
faces with any material you choose. (Lignum Vitae comes to mind).

the “good ones” that professionals use can go well over $100.00.
(if you have a lathe, you can make your own. fill the head body with lead shot or molten lead.
and use any face you want that matches the projects you are working on).
it ain’t rocket science.
