My response is over 2 years too late for Hermit’s question, but in case someone else experiences the problem, here is some information. I’ve also had my F2 riving knife go out of alignment, sitting too far right of the blade. My manual (dated 10/2018) also omits any mention on how to adjust the riving knife. I did, however, find some written instructions on a Laguna website in the UK with some instruction:

Basically, raise your blade all the way and you’ll see 6 set screws configured like the spots on a dice. Loosen the two middle screws, which fasten the assembly in between the set screws and the arbor block. Then, make small adjustments to the other four set screws. I found that the bottom two set screws were quite loose and tightening them up put the knife in the proper position.

I hope the newer Laguna owner’s manuals provide better instructions on this important adjustment. It creates a dangerous situation when the riving knife gets out of alignment and you try to nudge the knife or force the wood while making a rip cut. Better to take the time to figure out how to align the knife.
