You can use the 3M 45 for felt, it’s a bit cheaper and will work just fine. If you want a product that’s way over the top for your project but very good, get the Loctite 200. I’ve had success using felt on the bottom of furniture like a TV stand and a bed frame I built. Note that felt wears down and deteriorates after some time (could be years or decades depending on use), so you might need to replace eventually. Just as an alternative to research, googling “flocking”.
