I've been researching the best wood cladding to use for the exterior of my house. I'm seeing a lot of options like Thermory that offer a "thermally modified wood" that presumably will crack less since it's already petrified.
Does anyone have any experience with wood cladding the exterior of a house? I could really use some feedback on what materials tend to hold up best.
Ideally I'm looking for 6" planks in a walnut shade.
