I suggest getting a used one from Craigslist. Thats what I did. You’ll save a ton.

I went with the Festool TS75 and really like it. Festool track saws come up regularly on Craigslist.

I did a lot of research on this topic before buying. Long story short, get a Festool or Makita. You’ll be really happy either way. Powertec makes nice tracks for Festool and Makita (the two brands use the same track design).
