Sorry tried to answer from my phone and got blocked. Looks like you are on the right path now. i have some of the same issues with the blade guard, no good solution for that one. When you put the belt back on it will be tight, work both ends at the same time best you can. Clean up and check bearings while you are there.


Never mind…. i aggressively figured it out… Gonna make a how (not) to get to the belt in a delta 36-725….

Think my saw blade is slow because of this????

Still have to measure the belt and possibly replace —
