The only thing I can add to this discussion is this: I went against the rule specifically mentioned by one user of casting resin: Pour part A and Part B into each measuring cups, mix in your tint (if any) then mix both components together into a bigger cup.

In my case, I needed just a speck more so I went back to the original A+B cups and scraped them out and mixed the scrapings together to what I figured was a still a 50-50 mix. Bad idea..that was two months ago, and the pour is still tacky in the molds I had prepared.

Toss your A+B cups away once you have combined your blend together in the 3rd cup. The residues are unusable.
