Likely what would happen if you did go there, and buy a “set of Milwuakee” drills, and batteries… Or whatever. About 2 to 3 weeks later you would get a package delivered with a set of red colored tools, and they would be dead ringers of the Milwaukee tools pictured. Everything BUT the little Milwuakee labels, and of course the legitimacy you would get from a real Milwaukee made product. IOW there won’t be a warranty card.

China is our friend…...... Yah right…

Each pic from the right is the real thing, a Milwaukee, Red Lith, bigfoot, 12volt battery. Expected battery life, charge time, the whole Enchilada. On the Left is the $7.92 cent poser.

In the pics that we bought from, there were sure as poop is brown, pics that said MILWAUKEE on the labels, HOWEVER never in the description was there an utterance of it being a Milwaukee product, nor any claim to a Milwaukee guarantee. 6 of us had been out to eat, and we decided the pack of 6 for $42.00 sounded like a great way to try these, just to see if they were total crap, or a HF version of crap. Sometimes HF gets a zinger in on ya, and sometimes you get them??? In this case all 6 of us were certain that we were buying Chinese knock off products, we were not happily surprised.

The charge time is roughly double, the run time is roughly half. Weight, and feel is same same. They hook right up, and work our Milwaukee tools, maybe a little less power, but you would need special testing apparatus to say for sure. I’m really glad I own the real deal, but if I need to use a battery, and this is charged, and ready, I’ll use it. Will I buy more of them????? Probably not, at least if Home Cheapo keeps having good sales on them at Christmas.

BTW what we bought was off the Bay, not these, but there were a lot of sellers with same, similar, and at many price points on the Bay, so I imagine you’ll see a lot more like this. Remember it’s always Caveat Emptor, unless God tells you different.
