Jerry, you are correct.
the shelf life is 90 days from the mfg. date for optimal results.
I called Alumilite and they said that properly tightened lids and
stored in nominal conditions will achieve satisfactory results.
after 90 days, no matter the storage conditions, the material starts
to degrade and will give “less than” satisfactory results.
(which is common for a lot of two-part resins).
as for storing under pressure, it does not make a difference in shelf life.
a vacuum and/or pressure pot will reduce any problematic bubbles after mixing.
when used and stored correctly, it is a very good product.
I used mine in about 2 weeks – so I can not attest to an uncured product.
