I am a regular user of 3M 77 for a lot of things. Tried it on my leg vise to add some leather and was rather disappointed with the results.

Had some hide glue out the other day and the leather was flapping and bugging me… So, I popped a touch of hide glue and it is holding like iron. Hide glue’s gonna be my go-to for leather to wood from now on.
