Get that router now. The USA made 3HP+ Porter Cable routers are built like tanks and are built with the best parts compared to current Spanish or Chinese made models. This router is the world standard for cabinet shops every where. Also, don’t sell your base just because you are putting it into a lift. You won’t get that much out of the base and it would be a huge headache to ever need it one day in the future and not have it. Never sell tools
