I would definitely look for the 2 HP and at least 12” resaw ability.

In case it has not occurred to you, to cut that out, you will have to use a jig or tape the pieces back together to hold the wood parallel to the table for each side. You can make 3 cuts without a problem by keeping an uncut surface on the table but for the 4th side, you either need a jig or you will have to tape the first piece you cut off back on with lots of packing or masking table to keep it level for the last cut. I’ve use the tape method with smaller pieces but never anything this big.
