$20 box fan and a 20×20 (or whatever size the fan is) furnace filter. Tape the filter to the front or back of the fan, and run it at whatever speed you feel is correct. Not as romantic, but just as effective. And LOTS less expensive.

If you wanted to make a project out of it, you could build a box around the fan and make a slot for the filter to live in.
