IMHO it is WAY overpriced for its’ age and abuse. I hear the trunion takes a bit of a hit every time the brake trips.

I’m in the same boat you are in. I have been saving up for a Sawstop and I could at this time buy a used one but I’m going to wait until I have enough $ for a new one. When you buy used there is no guarantee it will work correctly. If you spend your money on used and it has issues you are stuck because now you don’t have enough for a new one and you have a 390 pound paperweight.

In addition there is a reason Sawstop redesigned the cartridge. There may be improvements in the blue cartridge.
