Not the most elegant solution, but a clamp on the wheel that adjusts height can be used to keep it from spinning while you re working. Just have to get creative with how you stick it on there so that it butts up against something (maybe another clamp).

I don’t believe the wheel is turning, though it wouldn’t take much to move 1/32”. I will look into this – tomorrow.
