Only a couple choices in Tucson, already mentioned Woodworker’s Source, and Hood.
Don’t know about Woodcraft as it opened up after I moved north to Phoenix?

If you want rough or slab lumber, couple of sawmills is area:

King Mesquite: https://www.kingmesquite.com/
Tumacacori Mesquite south of town: https://www.mesquitedesign.com/

They are primarily mesquite mills, but can have local oak, walnut, etc. None of the local mills are inexpensive, compared to commercial lumber sources. There used to be another urban wood sawyer in NE side of town that left his business card in the local ad board at WoodWorker’s Source too?

If you don’t mind traveling to Phoenix, there are few decent choices in the area. There is an active LJ thread with sources in area listed: Wood Suppliers Near Phoenix Arizona

Best Luck!
