Just a quick update. I drilled out the hole on the bottom of the vertical bar and was able to use some blue painters tape to help snug up the upper barring assembly and decrease slipping. Then reattached the barring assembly to the vertical bar. Much better fit with minimal skewing. I was able to back away both upper bearing this time with out shifting the upper unit since it was not skewed or loose. Tracked the blade Then took off the table and made it square and level to the blade sure The bearings were with in a 16th distance, retensioned the blade with a bit less tension. Then did some tests cuts and significantly better results from resawing and double checked with calipers.
Also did some ripping longer stock and cuts much better. Thanks for the info captainklutz. It definitely helped now I’m gonna build a better resaw fence because the stock fence just is too short.
