You can use a router to do it as I mentioned earlier, and as your still wondering I decided to go find some examples for you to take a look at, you will need to make a jig modified (obviously the ”Stock Here” is going to be huge and the radius less) for your specific profiles, something similar to this:-

Cheers Rob for taking the time to find and pass on all that info. That along with the Video links that Alaskan Guy has sent through below, I really have learnt a lot overnight, As we discussed on the phone it really seems remarkable that if used properly how accurate those kutzalls or arbotechs can be.
