If you have spare $100 for hand tools or extra $1000 for shear, brake, nip/slip roller, end crimper; and room for sheets of steel; you can make all your own sheet metal duct work at home.
Grizzly sells some reasonably priced tools, including some 3in1 combo machines to reduce floor space.
