Well, there probably won’t be (as mentioned above) something that’s plug and play. But get a 5” HVAC and do whatever it takes to get it to fit correctly. then orient it to the direction you need and tape all the sames with foil tape. You may have to slit the ends and squeeze it down, or put on some duct tape, or some similar trick…or it might fit properly right from the getgo. Another alternative (maybe) would be to get a 5” “starter collar”, cut a piece of square plywood to mount to the DC, and cut a hole for the collar. Just takes some noodling to find what you need.
