Like I told you last time – it makes no difference if the capacitor has wires, spade connectors, screws/nuts, soldered connections or any other type… just as long as you can get to both terminals with the probes of a meter. And there is no + or – marked on them, so that is not a problem either. Just disconnect one (or both) sides of the capacitor and test it with the meter probes as shown in the countless videos.

I would test the switch like Phil mentioned first though… as that is a more likely suspect.
