The lifetime warranty will not cover blades, only manufacturing defects. I have several Ridgid stationary tools I bought when they went from the grey ones to the orange ones. I had the grey version of the TP1300 and sold it to buy my DW735. The grey TP1300 had a lot of movement in the cutter-head which is “supposed” to have been corrected. I’m not going to trash the Rigid one because it worked well in the beginning for me but overall performance is SO much better in the DW735, especially the slower finishing speed which I use for every project. I really don’t see the lifetime warranty being a decision factor for non-battery tools.
