Some tips:

1. Check and make sure the conveyor is lined up to the drum correctly. There’s not a lot of play, but the drum head should be perpendicular to the conveyor bed.

2. Check the alignment of the black conveyor drive roller. There’s not a lot of play, but make sure the roller is straight and square to the table sides. On the outboard end, look for worn/missing brass bushing on the outer end or bent mounting plate. On the inboard side, the motor and controller box can be shifted back and forth just a tiny bit by loosening the mounting screws.

3. Check the idle roller end, check for bent mounting plates, bent screws, make sure the plates move smoothly when adjusting.

4. Loosen the idle roller until the belt won’t turn and then check it for square to the table. Then start tightening the belt a little at a time until there’s just enough tension to keep the belt moving. You can over-tighten the belt. Try doing the reverse of the instructions, instead of adding tension on one side, try loosening the other instead.

5. Pull the belt off and rotate it. The belts can get stretched with aggressive tightening and if the drift direction switches when you rotate the belt, it might be time for a new belt.

6. Check the ceramic tracking guides under the bed and make sure the belt is in them. I’ve seen lots of people say they don’t work and they definitely won’t keep a poorly tracking belt in the middle, but I think they do help with minor drift issues.

Good luck,
