The inserts for the Delta has been the same size/thickness since they were introduced decades ago, and other Delta machines use the same size as well (such as my Scroll Saw). As Ron mentioned, they are pretty easy to make if you are up to it, and can be made out of many different materials. Regarding the ones that you bought that were a bit loose and missing the ‘tab’ – all of the factory inserts I have are just a hair loose, and the ‘tab’ is simply a dimple punched into the edge. It can be replicated using a simple pin punch and hammer.
