I too have a large collection of magazines ranging from woodworking to model railroads. What I do to get rid of them is to take a few of them with me to doctor’s appointments and leave them in the racks. That way it gives others something more interesting to read than 3 year old newsweek and good housekeeping. Who knows, it may get someone interested in woodworking for the first time. So far, I found my magazines disappeared quickly from doctor’s offices.
