For a starter saw that one should be fine. The two saw blades pictured are worth 1/2 the purchase price so you are getting the saw for about $50.
If you are doing “precise” cuts be sure to check the alignment of the fence and the squareness of the blade each time and adjust if necessary. I used a similar one for years and now my step son had it.
If you build you own cross cut sled you can expand the uses of the saw.
I see two blades in the picture. The one on the saw would be for general use and the one laying on top with more teeth would be for finer work.
