Yep, those big bits are pure Hail on a fixed speed router.

If the router isn’t purchased yet I too would steer clear of anything that B&D was, or still is the parent company of. They took the wheels off of some fine companies with their efforts to make Skill, and B&D brands the premium tools, and PC, and Delta, the CHEEP home owners brands. Delta has been repurchased by a TaiChinese company, bit the word is still out as to what they will do.

I’ve been having real good luck with the Triton line, and being able to do through the table height adjustment may not be as slick as a router lift, but certainly do-able.

Someone suggested a shaper if you are burning up routers. While this is very true about the motors themselves, know everything else about the shaper costs more $$$$$. You also would be very hard pressed to pull the motor out of the table and use it to hand shape something like you can with a router. Most of those with a shaper, still also have a router, if not a dozen or more.
