I know that this model is not one your asking about but this router has been a standard in pro wood shops for years,I ve had had mine for 20 years with never a whimper no matter what I through at It and parts and accessories for PCs are readily available.

These routers aren’t what they used to be Jim.
I’ve got 12 of them in the shop, and the true Porter Cables…before B&D bought them out are TANKS. Absolutely bullet proof, and we abuse the hell out of them.
Any that I bought after B&D took over are complete junk. Mainly shat bearings and fans that explode. Their(certified) repair depots, (2 different ones) would fix them and literally a week or two later they would be vibrating like a 20 thousand rpm dildo. Thats if the fan didn’t explode first.
The Dewalt rep pretended to care in the beginning and then slowly started to fade away.
I eventually told him to piss off after he said it was an issue with the way we use the routers. Funny though, he claimed that NOTHING had changed as far as parts, but couldn’t explain why we hadn’t had any problems with the older units.
