$900 only if it looks and works like brand new, $400 – $600 would be far more reasonable depending on how it looks and how it’s been treated. Have you gotten a chance to run a board across it yet? If not, assume it’ll need knives sharpened, belt adjusted or replaced, bad bearings on the cutterhead or motor and the tables way out of whack. Too much to go wrong by just taking someone’s word that it’s a cream puff!
