I took a very close look and sure and behold there was a small bare spot @ 12 o’clock in relation to the hub. I went to the hardware store and bought another washer to add to the one present. The wheel spins effortlessly. The second washer that was present must have been ground up when the blade came off now it’s off to putting the blade on and tuning it according to Alex Snodgrass.
