Sort of looks like a mid-century modern piece in the picture though could be a recent imitation. If it turns out to be a vintage piece, expect to pay $$ for salvaged or reproductions pulls. eBay and Etsy may be your best source for those. My wife collects mid century modern furniture and she would buy some that are beyond repair because a single drawer pull can be worth much more than what they are asking for the damaged furniture.
