Last year before hurricane Irma, I was a nut job restoring planes. That’s all I wanted to do. I was buying like 5 planes every few days. My wife almost left me. I had her convinced I was going to sell all of them when they were done.. NOPE.. I was hoping she wouldn’t open the hallway closet and start digging. :) Then i started making totes and I wanted to make knobs. I needed a lathe, chisels and rasps, marking gauges, you name it! It was worse than crack. I thought I was cured but coming across this post and going through my pictures, uhmm, I feel the urge to buy more planes, help me, God. :P

I lost most of my hand tools in that damn hurricane and nothing was covered by insurance. Slowly buying stuff again. The area where my wood shop was underneath my house had 67 inches of water flowing through it. This year I got it all enclosed and almost ready to re-built the shop! Cant wait. Ill be cursing at dovetails in now time. All my friends and neighbors call me the “Angry Carpenter” Nothing make me shoot out F bombs like dovetails do. nothing.
