Have you had a doctor examine it? You likely have a repetitive strain injury, and it s better to get professional help for it. I learned the hard way that the pain is your body s way of trying to get you to stop punishing it. It ended up taking many times longer to heal than if I had listened to my body.

I agree with Lumberingon & Gloves are usually a No No in a workshop I never use them. BUT! You’ve got a Problem and you should see a Doctor about it. Is Your Wrist Okay on the same hand?
