Math – go by a local upholstery shop in your area – or even a boat canvas shop.
they use thick clear plastic for several applications.
just last week I saw some in Wal-Mart in the material/sewing section that is
used for storm window coverings. it is not hard to find if you know where to look.
problem is – not many adhesives will stick to it – so you will to experiment on that part.
even some automotive upholstery shops use it for the rear windows in convertible tops.
it is not as thick or stiff as plexiglass and lexan.
