she is saying i could have it for $650.00 reason getting rid of it because it was her dads thought her husband would use it and he dont so what about 650.00 :<))

That’s probably “reasonable”—mostly because it looks to be in good shape—but still more than I’d pay. Were it my choice, I’d still go with the Rigid r4512 which is $50 cheaper. Not only for the above mentioned issues (left-tilt, riving knife), but also because you’ll end up with a service plan on a new purchase. If I were going to make an offer on that saw I’d probably say $500, knowing that I’m going to spend another $200-250 (at least) on a fence upgrade at some point. And even then, I’d still probably figure that the new Grizzly hybrid is a better option at $850 than this saw + fence for ~$750 all-in.
