Hi Scott,

I’m assuming you’re referring to a “free for personal use” version of SketchUp that you can download and install on your own computer. There has been a change with the latest release of SketchUp Pro 2018. Up until this year SketchUp Make (the free version) was updated along with SketchUp Pro on an annual basis. That changed this year, but SketchUp Make 2017 is still available and will be for the foreseeable future. SketchUp has introduced a web-based version of it’s software called SketchUp Free. If you have a decent internet connection it’s about the same as SketchUp Make. Things aren’t the way they were, but it isn’t the end of the SketchUp world.
