I assume you mean Dispozablade and if you are looking for reviews you may also want to look for Esta since some people refer to them by the company name.

They have gotten generally decent reviews over the years and the one Self Set (I have not used a Posi-set head head) I had contact with worked fine. They are not quite as simple and quick as a Tersa or the various heads on Euro jointers, planers and JPs but they get the job done. The bottom line is the more you use the jointer or planer the less cost advantage you have with a Dispozablade head, the knife cost will catch up and exceed a helical head at some point.

If you do decide to go forward I would suggest just doing the jointer first. Assuming like for most your jointer would be cheaper than doing your planer and it lets you decide for yourself. That way if you decide to change courses you could just do the helical on the planer since most people would choose that route if only doing one.
