Looks like everyone is simply looking at the picture and not reading the posting. There is dust collector is included which is hidden behind the t/s.

For older tools you have to look at fair market used value (condition). Used fair value varies extremely depending on regions.

If you breakdown the package here is decent approximation:

Delta T/S about $250-$300 (rusty top?. dry belts, bearings still good?)

P/C router. older model work horse, $65-$100

Biesemeyer Fence (older gen – even better) – Solid steel tube and guides – probably the best value here as you can transfer the fence system onto any table saw and add value with it. You can use it for the rest of your life.
It is a really simple mechanism but probably one of the most important components of your wood shop. Just learn how to calibrate it. $200-$300

1HP Dust collector: $100

All together a solid starter kit. The Biesemeyer will cut your learning curve down quite a bit and give you many of options.
