It’s a good saw with a great fence, traditional old school outboard motor, and old school splitter instead of a modern riving knife. $600+ seems steep, but it does include a router. Can’t tell for sure, but it looks like it might be PC690. If you need a router, that’ll add some value. If not, you could always sell it to recoup some. I didn’t spot a whole lot else in your area right now.
